Office Manager

Robyn Malone is the firm Office Manager. She began working for the founder of Gray & Gorenflo in November 1996 and continued her employment with the firm until March of 2010.  Ms. Malone returned to the firm in December of 2015. Robyn overseas all financial areas for our firm, including our client and trust billing. She began her career in the legal field as legal secretary for a well-known Central Florida law firm.  While working with this firm she not only served as a legal secretary but also handled all office administration and client billing.  Prior to joining Gray & Gorenflo P.A. Robyn added twelve years of experience as a legal secretary, paralegal and office manager to her resume. Robyn’s legal and office administration experience brings a unique and comprehensive style to the administration of our firm.

During her free time Robyn enjoys bicycling, boating and kayaking, but she enjoys spending most of her free time with her two grandchildren.
