We are pleased to announce that Rachel Gorenflo became board certified in Marital and Family Law on June 1, 2006

On July 1, 2008 Clifton Gorenflo was added to the Appellate Mediation Civil/Family List of Approved Mediators for the Fifth District Court of Appeal.  On July 18, 2008 Clifton Gorenflo become certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Mediator.

Rebecca Howard is now a Certified Paralegal, having earned her certification on January 1, 2009.

During the 2008 Legislative Session the Senate amended several Florida Statutes.  Those amendments include but are not limited to claims for special equity, defining the terms "parenting plan"; "parenting plan recommendation"; and "time-share schedule"; deleting definitions of the terms "custodial  parent" and "non-custodial parent" and the elimination of the use of the terms "shared parental responsibility and primary/seconday custody".  We encourage you to contact our office to schedue an initial consultation to see how these changes may affect you....
