During the 2008 Legislative Session the Senate amended several Florida Statutes.  Those amendments include but are not limited to claims for special equity, defining the terms "parenting plan"; "parenting plan recommendation"; and "time-share schedule"; deleting definitions of the terms "custodial  parent" and "non-custodial parent" and the elimination of the use of the terms "shared parental responsibility and primary/seconday custody".  We encourage you to contact our office to schedue an initial consultation to see how these changes may affect you....
